Apollo Surveying offers Surveying Services on commercial properties whatever the need. For commercial properties an ALTA (American Land Title Association) standard is usually required and in some cases requires a certification to a certain Category and Condition as per *TSPS. This requires us to locate and map the entire premises and it's improvements including all visible and apparent surface utilities, parking spaces, frontage pavement, entry to the property and anything else that will prove beneficial to the customer. All surveys are performed under the direction and supervision of an **RPLS. This type of survey requires much more time to complete and produce, so please call well ahead of the day you actually need to receive the Survey. On average, we need 12 to 20 business days to complete and deliver an ALTA Survey, depending on the complexity, size and extent of the property.
RURAL
We also offer land surveying of rural acreage. Whether raw undeveloped wooded land or a developed "country lot". Apollo can take care of your surveying needs. By surveying and "mapping" your property, you will have an actual map of your property for whatever your need may be.
